After launch
Enquiries from your website
Read and reply to messages sent through your contact form.
When someone fills in the enquiry form on your website, their message appears in Enquiries in the left-hand menu. A badge shows how many you haven't read yet.
Reading and replying
Choose an enquiry to open it. You'll see their message, email address, phone number and pet details if they gave them. Choose Reply by email to answer from your own email app.
Mark unread keeps it at the top of your mind, and Delete removes it.
The enquiry form
The Enquiry form section is on your Contact page and can be added to any page (Adding and arranging sections). In its settings you can:
- choose whether to ask for a phone number and about their pet
- change the labels, button text and thank-you message
Spam
The form has built-in spam protection and limits how many messages can be sent at once. Most automated spam is filtered out before it reaches you.
Coming soon
Enquiries will also flow straight into PawLoop, so you can turn them into clients and bookings in one place.
Still stuck? Email hello@pawloophq.com and tell us what you were trying to do.
